Limpopo ABC Motsepe League, Stream B | 24 October 2026
Ditlou FC played out an entertaining 3-3 draw with Makotopong Bahumi FC in a Stream B clash of the Limpopo ABC Motsepe League at the Polokwane United Training Centre on Saturday 24 October. In a Week 4 fixture that had goals from start to finish, Tutu, Kadi and Ntwe Thata were all on target for Ditlou, yet Makotopong Bahumi matched them blow for blow to claim a share of the points. Neither side could find the decisive edge in a see-saw contest that will have delighted the neutrals. It finished honours even, with both teams taking something from an eventful afternoon.
Goals At Both Ends
There was no shortage of action at the Polokwane United Training Centre, as the two sides traded goals across the ninety minutes. Ditlou found the net three times through Tutu, Kadi and Ntwe Thata, but each time they looked to pull clear, Makotopong Bahumi responded to keep the scoreline level. The result was a breathless six-goal draw that reflected the attacking intent on show from both teams.
A Point Apiece
For all their goals, Ditlou could not quite see out a winning position, and the shared points reflect a game of fine margins. A 3-3 draw brings both encouragement and frustration in equal measure — the attacking threat was clearly there, but the defensive lapses that let Makotopong Bahumi back in will be the talking point in the days ahead. Against a side only founded in 2023, Ditlou will feel this was a game there for the taking.
Room To Build
Three goals scored is a platform any side would take, and the names of Tutu, Kadi and Ntwe Thata on the scoresheet point to an attack firing on multiple fronts. Tightening up at the back will be the priority, but there is plenty here for Ditlou to work with as the Stream B campaign rolls on. Draws like this keep a season ticking, even if they leave a sense of what might have been.
